East Coast sea breeze has formed. Isolated showers and storms developing... At 130 PM...Melbourne Doppler radar showed spotty showers around the Cape Canaveral area...with a fews showers over Martin County...and a few showers and storms over Polk and Southern Lake counties. Through 4:00 PM...expect some increase in coverage of rainfall...mainly along the East Coast sea breeze as it pushes slowly westward to between Interstate 95 and the Saint Johns River. A few of the storms could become strong...with gusty winds...torrential rainfall and frequent cloud to ground lightning.
