Now
Through 7 am...areas of light to moderate rain will move across portions of east central Florida north of Interstate 4. If you live anywhere from Clermont to Altamonte Springs...Sanford...Deland and east to the coast between Flagler Beach and New Smyrna Beach you will experience brief rain for the morning ride into work. Rainfall amounts will only be a couple of hundredths of an inch due to the fast movement of the cells but enough to dampen roads and make them slick. More showers will move quickly across Okeechobee and Osceola counties between the city of Okeechobee and Yeehaw junctions. Again rainfall will be very light due to fast movement but enough to make roads slick for the morning drive into work. Seas building to 6 feet or more beyond a few miles of shore and southerly winds to 25 mph will make the Atlantic waters dangerous.
Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning...then a chance of afternoon showers. Highs in the lower 80s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
There are currently no warnings or advisories for this location.
