Through 700 am...showers will continue to develop across the western half of South Florida. Showers moving eastward across the local Gulf waters will continue to pass across the coastal zone of Collier and Mainland Monroe counties...including the Naples Metro area. Additional showers will develop and move eastward across the remainder of Collier and Mainland and Monroe counties and across Glades and Hendry counties. A few showers will also pass across Lake Okeechobee. These showers will move eastward near 15 mph and produce occasional downpours and gusty winds near 30 mph with an isolated lightning strike possible.
