Scattered showers and possibility of a thunderstorm will continue to move east at 10 to 15 mph from the interior areas into the East Coast Metro areas of South Florida and the adjacent coastal waters. Any thunderstorms that do develop will have lightning strikes...gusty winds up to 30 mph...and locally heavy rainfall. If you see lightning or hear thunder move inside until the storms have passed by. Mariners can also expect higher seas in and near the thunderstorms and showers.
