Widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are anticipated... with locally higher amounts of 3 to 5 inches possible. This is on top of the widespread 1 to 2 inches of rain that fell on Wednesday. Flooding of streets and urban areas is likely. Significant rises of creeks and streams is also possible.
