The heaviest activity will move into areas near Bayard...South Ponte Vedra Beach...mcclenny...Ortega...Orange Park and Middleburg. Expect...brief gusty winds...dangerous cloud to ground lightning and heavy downpours with thunderstorm activity. Heavy downpours of rain will produce localized flooding and ponding water on roadways.
