shower and thunderstorm activity increasing along the sea breeze boundaries... Isolated showers and thunderstorms have begun to develop along the East Coast sea breeze as it moves inland early this afternoon. Coverage of showers and lightning storms will increase during the remainder of the afternoon hours...with the main focus over the interior as both the east and West Coast sea breezes move inland. Storms will be capable of producing gusty winds of 4o to 50 mph... frequent lightning...and small hail. Slow movement will result in torrential downpours with quick rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches and localized ponding of water on roadways and low-lying areas.
