Statement as of 10:13 PM EST on December 21, 2009
... Frost advisory remains in effect until 9 am Tuesday...
As high pressure builds over the area... winds will become light...
allowing temperatures to drop into the 32 to 35 range toward dawn
and allowing areas of frost to develop.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered.
