more more band of heavy rain to push through Osceola and Brevard counties... At 12 midnight...Doppler radar showed one final band of moderate to heavy rain producing additional amounts of one half to one inch over Osceola County from Lake Kissimmee to Holopaw and Nova Road...and covering northern Brevard and southeastern Volusia counties from Canaveral Groves to Oak Hill and New Smyrna Beach. Through 300 am... this activity will sweep through Osceola and Brevard counties...with the activity reaching Indian River and Okeechobee counties around 2:00 am...and eventually Saint Lucie and Martin counties toward 3:00 am. Occasional lightning strikes and wind gusts to 30 or 35 mph may accompany a few of the stronger embedded cells. Additional ponding of water and aggravation of standing water conditions is likely in the affected counties...where a Flood Warning remains in effect through 12:45 am.
