The National Weather Service in New York has cancelled the Winter
Weather Advisory. Temperatures in southern Connecticut have risen
above freezing allowing any remaining precipitation to fall as
plain rain.

* Locations... southern Connecticut.

* Hazard types... heavy snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches... along
with around a trace of ice.

* Timing... snow develops late Wednesday night and continues
through Thursday afternoon.
