A line of thunderstorms with heavy rain will continue to March northeast across the northeast plains of Colorado through 130 am. By that time...the storms should be pressing into far eastern Sedgwick and Phillips counties. The stronger storms will produce 1 to 1.5 inches of rain in 20 minutes...small hail...and strong gusty winds around 50 mph. Frequent lightning can also be expected as the storms move through. The heavy rain will produce minor flooding of streets and low lying areas.
