Statement as of 3:07 PM MDT on November 10, 2009 ... Fischer-Porter rebuild /fpr/ now implemented at cooperative station, Meeker, Colorado, on November 10, 2009... This equipment modification will change the way the precipitation measurement is taken. There will be no change in the quality or the timeliness of this station's hourly precipitation data /hpd/. Data will continue to be reported in monthly hpd publications. There are a total of 13 sites to receive the Fischer-Porter rebuild in the WFO Grand Junction County Warning Area /cwa/. Sites that were upgraded are listed with their implementation dates below.
