Statement as of 7:31 PM MDT on August 01, 2015

The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
southwestern Mesa County in west central Colorado...

* until 1030 PM MDT

* at 729 PM MDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Mesa
County along Colorado Highway 141 between milemarkers 120 and 131.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small creeks and
streams... as well as ranch and country roads. Do not attempt to
travel across flooded roads. Find alternate routes.

your report to the National Weather Service forecast office.
