... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until midnight MST
tonight...

* timing... scattered rain and snow showers this morning will turn
to all snow this afternoon and tonight.

* Snow accumulation... 4 to 8 inches with locally higher amounts
toward the mountains north of Durango and Pagosa Springs.

* Visibility... 2 to 3 miles in snow dropping to 1 mile or less
at times during periods of heavier snow.

* Impacts... roads and highways will become icy and slick today
into Monday morning. Travel may also be affected by reduced
visibilities as a result of the snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow are
expected or occurring. Strong winds and blowing snow are also
possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
