... Frost advisory remains in effect from 3 am to 8 am PST
Monday...
A frost advisory remains in effect from 3 am to 8 am PST Monday.
A cool and dry airmass... combined with light winds and clear
skies... will result in cold temperatures in the valleys late
tonight and early Monday morning. Temperatures in the coolest
valleys are expected to drop to near or below freezing for a few
hours around sunrise on Monday morning.
Some forecast low temperatures tonight include 32 at Santa Rosa
and Napa with a low of 30 forecast for Livermore. In the Salinas
valley the forecast low for King City is 32 tonight.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be damaged or killed if left uncovered.
