Statement as of 11:03 AM PST on November 15, 2009
... Freeze watch remains in effect from late tonight through
Monday morning...
The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard has continued
a freeze watch for the Antelope Valley. This watch remains in
effect from late tonight through Monday morning.
Freezing temperatures with readings down to the lower 20s are
possible tonight into early Monday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures reach and fall
below 28 degrees for at least two hours are possible. These
conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
