Strong west winds are possible across the High Desert of San Bernardino County.
* Timing... early Tuesday morning through midnight.
* Winds... wind speeds of 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph are possible.
* Impacts... travel will be difficult along interstates 15 and 40. Blowing dust may also reduce the visibility around Dry Lake beds.
