Statement as of 7:58 PM PST on November 12, 2009
Patchy fog has begun to develop across portions of the central
and southern San Joaquin Valley this evening. Locally dense fog
has been observed in rural areas near Hanford and further dense
fog development is likely during the night. Travelers are urged
to slow down and be extremely cautious for sudden drops in
visibility over a very short distance.
