This will produce west to southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 40 or 45 mph. Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. In addition... areas of blowing sand and dust can be expected to cause suddenly reduced visibilities at times. Motorists... including those traveling along interstates 8 and 10... are advised to use extra caution.
