	Wind Advisory
Statement as of 7:48 PM PDT on October 10, 2008 ... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 11 am PDT Saturday for the north and East Bay hills... At 7 PM Friday evening north winds were gusting between 25 and 40 mph in the north and East Bay hills. Winds are expected to increase further overnight at elevations above 1000 feet. Wind gusts of 45 mph are likely at the higher elevations of the north and East Bay hills through early Saturday. Winds will begin to ease late Saturday morning... and especially Saturday afternoon. A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 to 39 mph and or gusts of 45 to 57 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Locally strong and gusty winds are forecast to continue at times in the hills of the north and East Bay through Sunday morning.
