... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 4 PM this
afternoon to 4 PM PST Monday...

* snow levels... falling to 5000 feet tonight and Sunday... then to
around 4500 feet Monday with locally lower snow levels possible
in the heavier convective showers.

* Timing... occasional moderate snow showers tonight with periods
of heavier snowfall possible Sunday into Monday.

* Total snow accumulations through Monday night... less than 4
inches for 4000 to 5000 feet... 4 to 8 inches for 5000 to 6000
ft... 8 to 12 inches for 6000 to 7000 ft. Total amounts may
exceed 12 inches above 7000 feet.

* Winds... areas of southwest to west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts
gusts to 30 mph through Sunday morning... then decreasing.

* Visibility... reduced below one-quarter mile at times in snow
and fog.

* Impacts... residents and travelers into higher elevations in the
mountains should be prepared for hazardous winter weather conditions
and possible Road closures. If possible... carry chains and take
extra food and clothing.
