... High Wind Warning remains in effect from 6 PM this evening to
10 am PDT Sunday...

* winds... northwest 25 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph. Isolated
gusts to 70 mph near Whitaker Peak. Strongest winds through
the Interstate 5 corridor.

* Timing... increasing this evening and continuing through early
Sunday morning.

* Impacts... winds this strong could cause property damage and
create power outages from downed power lines. Hazardous
driving conditions are also likely due to strong cross winds.
