... High Wind Warning remains in effect from 7 am this morning to
4 am PST Tuesday...
* temperatures and timing... temperatures between 29 and 32 degrees
are expected in wind sheltered areas for up to 3 hours through 7
am PST this morning.
* Winds and timing... areas of north to northeast winds 25 to 35
mph with gusts to 60 mph will develop early this morning and
continue through late tonight... then areas of northeast winds
20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph are expected late tonight
through Tuesday morning.
* Impacts... frost can damage sensitive plants. Gusty winds may
make driving hazardous... especially for drivers of high

or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
