gusts up to 50 mph will occur through early Thursday morning.

* Impacts... driving will be difficult along Highway 101 and 154...
especially for drivers of high profile vehicles. Travel along
Highway 101 may be impacted between Goleta and Gaviota... and
over the San Marcos Pass along Highway 154.
