    ... Red flag warning remains in effect until 8 PM MST this
    evening for elevations below 6500 feet due to strong winds and low
    relative humidities...

    A red flag warning remains in effect until 8 PM MST this evening.

    Ahead of an approaching system... winds have picked up this
    morning. By late morning to early afternoon... expect southwest
    winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
    Additionally... relative humidity values will fall below 15 percent
    by late morning for most locations below 6500 feet... combining
    with the winds to create red flag conditions.

    A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
    are either occurring now... or will during the warning period. A
    combination of strong winds and low relative humidities will
    create explosive fire growth potential.

    Please notify field crews of this red flag warning.
