At 11:35 am... National Weather Service Doppler radars indicated that isolated showers and thunderstorms were attempting to develop in northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Isolated showers were developing across Ottawa and Delaware counties in Oklahoma and Carroll and Madison counties in Arkansas. The strongest of these showers was located south of Fairland moving east southeast at close to 10 miles per hour. Through 12:45 PM... isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible across far northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The primary threat with these storms is isolated heavy rain amounts with winds gust possibly reaching 40 miles per hour.
