* Flood Advisory for
the Mississippi River near Arkansas City.
* Until Tuesday evening.
* At 10:00 am Monday the stage was 32.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 32.3 feet midnight tonight.
