The Flood Warning continues for
the Ouachita River at Felsenthal.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:00 PM Monday the stage was 85.8 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 70.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 85.4 feet
by Wednesday morning. Moderate flooding of County roads and bridges
will continue for several days. Detours are necessary and travel in
the area will continue to be difficult.

A lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 9 am this morning to
5 PM CST this afternoon.
Northeast winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph can be expected
later this morning through the afternoon as Tropical Storm Ida makes
landfall on the central Gulf Coast.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
