A lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10 am to 10 PM CDT
* Event... south winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph
will spread across much of Arkansas on Tuesday.
* Areas affected... most of Arkansas.
* Timing... gusty winds should begin a couple of hours after
sunrise. These will persist through the day and into the late
afternoon and evening hours... with the strongest winds being
observed in the afternoon.
* Impacts... rough conditions will develop on area lakes.
A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
