... Gate operations continue at Martin dam... Alabama power company advises that gate operations will continue at Martin dam due to heavy rainfall that occurred over the Tallapoosa river Basin. Two gates were opened Saturday morning and are expected to remain open until at least Monday afternoon. Conditions will continue to be monitored closely. Ksl
