Through 5 PM CST...this rain will gradually come to an end across Lincoln...Moore...Madison and Morgan counties of the Tennessee Valley. Otherwise...an additional one tenth to one quarter of an inch of rain is expected...with locally one half of an inch possible. Ponding of water on area roadways is expected across much of northeast Alabama. A few wind gusts to 25 mph are possible in the mountains.
