the following areas... in Alabama... Colbert... Cullman...
DeKalb... Franklin al... Jackson... Lauderdale... Lawrence...
Limestone... Madison... Marshall and Morgan. In southern middle
Tennessee... Franklin TN... Lincoln and Moore.

* the threat for heavy rainfall will persist through Sunday
