The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect until 10 am akdt Sunday.
A nearly stationary front over the central interior is allowing moisture to stream northward from the Gulf of Alaska. Snow will continue to fall tonight from Tanana and Manley Hot Springs west where additional accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected. Storm total snowfall of 4 to 6 inches is expected by Sunday morning. To the east of Manley Hot Springs and Tanana... snow will develop after midnight tonight with periods of snow continuing through Sunday morning. Accumulations to the east of Manley Hot Springs and Tanana will be between 2 and 4 inches.
