surging north as a low pressure system moves into the Gulf of
Alaska.

The warm air will push temperatures to record levels on Thursday
and Friday from Fairbanks south to the Alaska Range.

Temperatures for most areas will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s
under mostly sunny skies.
