... Freezing Rain Advisory in effect until 6 am akst Friday... The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory... which is in effect until 6 am akst Friday. Isolated areas of freezing rain are expected tonight. A Freezing Rain Advisory means that periods of freezing rain or freezing drizzle will cause travel difficulties. Use caution when traveling.
