Winds decreasing to 10 mph or less late this afternoon. 

Surf: breakers will average 1 to 2 feet. 

Water temperature: near 60 degrees. 

UV index: 2...in the low range.

Outlook: a low risk of rip currents is expected on Friday. An elevated
risk of rip currents is expected this weekend due to persistent onshore
flow.
