a moderate risk of rip currents at area beaches today. In
addition...the continuing brisk onshore flow will bring rough
surf. This rough surf can knock you down and make you susceptible
to rip currents. Check with lifeguards about ocean hazards when
arriving at the beach and swim only where there is a lifeguard on
duty.

Outlook for...Friday...showers and a chance of thunderstorms. 
Locally heavy rainfall possible. Highs in the upper 70s. East winds
