an increasing long period swell...onshore winds and the
approaching full moon will produce a high rip current risk. The
greatest seaward pull will be from late morning through late
afternoon due to tidal effects. Check with ocean Rescue personnel 
about surf zone hazards when arriving at the beach and only enter
the water near a lifeguard.
