Rip current risk today: low to moderate. Weather and ocean 
conditions will produce a low to moderate threat for rip currents
at the beaches of east central Florida today. The threat will be 
highest between sunrise and around noon. In addition there will be a 
stronger than normal southward flowing longshore current in the surf 
zone. Check with your local beach patrol for additional information 
regarding ocean hazards. If you decide to enter the chilly surf 
today swim only within sight of a lifeguard.


Outlook for Thursday...partly sunny. Highs in the lower 70s. North 
winds 5 to 10 mph becoming east 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
