Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Freezing spray in the morning. Snow showers likely. Waves subsiding to 3 to 5 feet.
Sunday Night
Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Snow showers likely. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet...then building to 3 to 5 feet.

The Small Craft Advisory is now in effect from 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.

* Wind and waves during the small craft advisory: expect sustained winds of up to 21 knots from the west...with gusts up to 25 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be 8 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 11 feet possible.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 1 am EST Sunday with the largest waves expected around 6 am EST Sunday.
