Outlook following 72 hours:
slow moving high near 48s 170e extends First Ridge to 40s 180 and
Second Ridge to 40s 150e. All slow moving. Southeast of high and
first ridge: southwest 25kt to gale. Southwest of high and second
ridge: westerly 20 to 30kt, may turn northwest and rise to gale by
