wind : S to se 10 to 20.
Vis : good.
Walvis Bay to the Orange River:
wind : S to SW 10 to 15 but NW 10 to 15 in the south.
Vis : poor in fog patches.
Sea state: 2 to 2.5m, SW swell.
Orange River to cape agulhas:
wind : N to NW 15 to 25 but NW 25 to 35 between Cape Point and
Cape Agulhas.
Vis : good but poor in rain and showers in the south.
Sea state: 2 to 3m but 4.5 to 5.5m between Cape Point and Cape
Agulhas with W to SW swell.
Cape Agulhas to east london:
wind : N to NW 10 to 15 east of Algoa Bay where it will become
W to SW 10 to 15 by Saturday afternoon, otherwise W to NW
15 to 25 reaching 30 to 35 in the Cape Agulhas area.
Vis : good but poor in rain and showers in the extreme west.
Sea state: 2.5 to 3.5m, reaching 4.5 to 5.5m in the Cape Agulhas
area, spreading to Algoa Bay by Saturday evening with
SW swell.
East London to Maputo:
wind : N to NE 15 to 25, becoming SW 10 to 15 in the extreme
south by Saturday afternoon, spreading to durban in the
evening.
Vis : good.
Sea state: 2 to 2.5m, with SSW swell.
Mozambique channel:
wind : S to se 05 to 10, becoming NW to NE 10 to 15 in the
south by Saturday morning.
Vis : good.
Sea state: 2 to 2.5m, mainly SSW swell.
