Clockwise wind about low 20/30 knots increasing 30/45 knots in gale area and
45/60 knots in storm area. Moderate/rough seas increasing very rough to high in
gale/storm areas. Heavy swell. Rain and local thunderstorms with visibility

Chiefly southeasterly winds 20/30 knots in east grading 10/20 knots in west and
winds tending southwesterly at similar strength north of low latitudes. Wind
