Tropical Storm Erika remains unorganized as it travels through the northeast Caribbean Sea. The storm has already dumped 5-10 inches of rain on the Lesser Antilles, with more rain anticipated for Puerto Rico and Hispaniola. This will be much-needed rain for those islands.
